Technical Advisory on the sale of a 351 MW onshore wind portfolio in Spain

Barlovento Applus+ has acted as Vendor’s Technical Advisor to Plenium Partners and Bankinter Investment in the sale of a 351 MW onshore wind portfolio in Spain, in one of the landmark transactions within the Spanish renewable energy market.

The transaction comprises 17 operational wind farms, generating approximately 750 GWh annually, and has been acquired by Galp, further strengthening its presence in the Spanish renewable energy sector.
