Technical Advisory on the Financing of a 117 MWp Solar PV Portfolio in Poland

Barlovento Applus+ has acted as independent technical advisor in the financing of a 117 MWp solar PV portfolio in Poland, supporting the transaction with independent technical advisory services.

The financing, amounting to approximately €53 million, will support the construction of two greenfield solar photovoltaic projects developed by Qualitas Energy, contributing to the continued growth of renewable energy infrastructure and the energy transition in Poland.

As part of the transaction, we provided technical advisory services to support the financing process, assisting stakeholders with an independent assessment of the technical aspects and associated project risks.

The projects represent an important step forward in the development of new renewable generation capacity in the Polish market and will contribute to increasing the country’s clean energy production.
