Technical Advisory on 376 MWp Solar PV Portfolio in Poland

Barlovento Applus+ has acted as technical advisor to Qualitas Energy in the acquisition of a 376 MWp operational solar PV portfolio in Poland, supporting the transaction with independent technical advisory.

We have supported Qualitas Energy throughout the acquisition of a portfolio comprising nine operational solar photovoltaic plants, developed and constructed by Better Energy and commissioned between 2021 and 2024.

The assets are geographically diversified across Poland and connected to multiple distribution system operators, generating over 400 GWh of clean energy annually. The portfolio benefits from a diversified revenue structure, combining Contracts for Difference (CfDs) and power purchase agreements (PPAs), with plans to integrate battery energy storage systems (BESS) in the future.
