Lender’s Technical Advisor for the Financing of a 276 MW Wind Portfolio in Poland

We are pleased to have acted as Lender’s Technical Advisor for the financing of Polenergia Group’s portfolio of five onshore wind farms in Poland. The portfolio has a combined installed capacity of 276 MW.

The agreement brings the five wind farms under a common financing structure. The total financing amounts to PLN 1.35 billion. Approximately PLN 740 million will refinance the assets’ existing debt. A further PLN 99 million will support a debt service reserve facility. The remaining funds will support Polenergia Group’s further development.

Through our technical advisory services for wind energy projects, we help clients and financial stakeholders assess renewable energy assets. We also identify the technical risks associated with their financing.
