APEM Group joins Applus+ forming new Environmental Services division

APEM Group has now officially joined Applus+ following the necessary approvals that were pending when the transaction was announced in September. This marks the launch of a new Environmental Services division led by APEM Group CEO Leah McGimpsey, who also becomes Executive Vice President of the new division.

The Environmental Services Division will also incorporate the Applus+ global renewables technical advisory teams of Barlovento and Enertis to create a world class environmental consulting and advisory division.

Bringing the technical advisory expertise of Barlovento and Enertis with APEM Group creates a team of over 1,500 technical practitioners, focused on delivering services across the asset lifecycle to ensure our client’s projects are compliant and aligned with environmental best practices.

This will drive new areas of collaboration and career opportunities for our teams while delivering synergies across our key end markets of energy, power generation, water, infrastructure, resources and critical minerals.
